We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Communications Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing efforts, enhancing our brand visibility, and effectively communicating with our target audiences. You will work closely with the marketing team on various initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, social media management, and content creation.

Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing communication strategies. Support the creation and distribution of content for digital channels, including social media, email newsletters, and website updates. Coordinate internal and external communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging across platforms. Conduct research to support marketing initiatives and campaigns, leveraging industry trends and competitor analysis. Help organize marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness. Maintain and update the marketing database, ensuring accurate information for audience segmentation and targeting. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and draw actionable conclusions. Benefits:
