Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Role Overview: Create lasting impact by building Mission Hotels into a recognized hospitality brand, driving direct revenue through innovative marketing, and ultimately maximizing our ability to support those experiencing homelessness. Success means increasing direct bookings, occupancy, and length of stay while reducing OTA (online travel agency) dependence through creative marketing and authentic community relationships. The right candidate will show proven ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and develop new skills. PPC Management & Optimization Execute and optimize Google Ads and/or Meta campaigns for ROAS Analyze weekly performance metrics and implement platform adjustments Plan quarterly paid advertising objectives based on seasonal data Social Media Management Direct social media strategy and content calendar Oversee intern team's content creation and posting Track engagement metrics and optimize performance Strategic Partnerships Develop and manage local business partnerships Oversee influencer relationships and deliverables Create and track partnership performance metrics OTA & Channel Management Maintain positive and consistent relationships with OTA representatives Optimize listings across Airbnb, Expedia, and Booking.com Monitor competitive positioning and pricing Email Marketing Create and execute bi-monthly email campaigns Optimize email performance using historical data Manage subscriber growth and segmentation Website Optimization Monitor and improve conversion rates Manage content updates and technical implementations Optimize booking engine experience Team Leadership Conduct regular 1:1s with marketing interns Drive deliverables and performance tracking Lead quarterly development planning Qualifications: 2-5 years digital marketing experience with demonstrated success in at least 2-3 core areas below Core Areas: Paid advertising (Google/Meta) campaign management and optimization Social media strategy and content management Email marketing automation and campaign development Website optimization and analytics Nice to Have: Hospitality industry marketing experience Experience in entrepreneurial/startup environments Basic HTML/CSS and design tool proficiency (Canva) Familiarity with hotel platforms (Revinate, OTAs) Background in building strategic partnerships Advanced analytics and content strategy experience Additional qualifications : Strong data analysis capabilities using Google Analytics and other tools Project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities Excellence in copywriting with focus on customer journey Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly We value potential and willingness to learn over having all qualifications.
