Position Description
A Senior Marketing Coordinator is a creative and driven individual who is expected to lead a team in project pursuits. The ideal candidate has a creative eye for visual storytelling using graphical design skills, possesses strong writing and editing skills, and develops a compelling message.

SALARY INFORMATION
The anticipated salary range for this position is $ 100,000 to $ $115,000 per year. This does not include bonus compensation or other benefits such as health, disability, life, retirement, or other benefits which may impact total compensation. The actual offered salary to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to skill set, experience, education, qualifications, and location. This salary range is subject to future modification.

Position Description
A Senior Marketing Coordinator is a creative and driven individual who is expected to lead a team in project pursuits. The ideal candidate has a creative eye for visual storytelling using graphical design skills, possesses strong writing and editing skills, and develops a compelling message.
Primary responsibilities include:
Proposals / RFP's / RFQ's
- Lead the development of strategic and compelling proposals, RFP, and RFQ responses.
- Create strategic proposal material - project profiles, project approaches, org charts, resumes, and company information, etc.
- Develop and prepare presentation material supportive of the overall proposal strategy.
- Lead team members, including architects and consultants, on design build pursuits.
- Customize material in support of pursuits.
- Create and maintain project profiles, including current information and photos in Unanet (Cosential).
- Support marketing message and branding on our website and with social media content.
- Marketing outreach and announcements on social media
- Assist in tradeshow conference planning for targeted client events and other industry events.
- Customize marketing material to provide to new clients.
- Research construction project opportunities.
Skills
- Develop compelling and strategic content to successfully acquire work.
- Leadership with initiative, enthusiasm, and energy for competing on negotiated work.
- Organized and experienced at leading and completing professional level proposals in a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fixed deadline driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent editing capabilities.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Project acquisition experience in the A/E/C industry.
- Undergraduate or related degree.
- In-Design, Photoshop, Unanet client database, and use of Social Media for marketing.
