We are dedicated to creating fashion that not only looks good but also makes our customers feel good.About the roleThe Photo & Content Creative Director will work closely with the Vice-President of Creative Marketing, as well as Editorial and Creative Directors in concepting and executing compelling seasonal go-to-market campaigns. Collaborates with Merchandising, Brand Strategy, Design, Copy and Social partners to develop seasonal content and deliverables that will engage the customer with brand-right content and support business and product strategies. Executes shoots across brand campaign, video, ecomm, and laydowns. Has a deep knowledge of both location and studio shoot execution, photographers, videographers and content creators. Displays a deep understanding of composition and lighting, seasonal fashion, trend and storytelling.The impact you can haveDevelop strategies for assigned projects to support business plans in collaboration with Marketing Vice PresidentAttend assigned pre-shoot planning meetings collaborating with Merchants and Content partners.Collaborate with Producers to source appropriate talent for assigned shoot crews and cast.
