Dates of Coverage:
Starting February 7, 2025, with ongoing needs to support two full-time providers. Reason for Coverage:
Cover our two Hampton Roads clinics when providers need time off or while one of our positions is vacant.

Occupational Health
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00-close (close at 4:30pm but can be delayed by walk in injuries)
Average Number of Patients per Day:
8-10

Description of Support Staff:
RNs, RTs, MAs, LPN, RN Supervisor, Office Manager, PSRs Required Duties:
Pre-Employment Physicals, Return-to Duty Testing, DOT Physicals, workers compensation injury care Travel Reimbursement Information: ~$150/night lodging cap All other bookings must be standard/economy Traveling preferred to be done outside of schedule hours
