Who you are

We are seeking an experienced performance marketing manager to lead our paid digital strategy across Google, Meta, and TikTok. As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for our digital customer acquisition strategy, execution, and reporting.

What you'll do

Campaign Strategy and Execution Develop unique paid media strategies across platforms, including Google, Facebook Business Suite, and TikTok for Business Manage end-to-end campaign creation, from audience targeting and creative briefing to execution and optimization Optimize ad spend and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness Continuously refine targeting and messaging based on performance insights and audience behavior Brief and collaborate with organic social and design to create engaging ads for each channel Analytics and Reporting

Monitor and manage our advertising budget Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using Looker and Google Analytics (experience with Looker is a plus!) Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns Share weekly performance updates on total spend, CAC, and conversion, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates & regulations, and new tools to maintain a competitive edge Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in a growth-focused environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and attribution modeling Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving priorities Certification in Google Ads or Meta Advertising (preferred but not required) Passion for supporting families and improving healthcare Startup experience is a plus We've got you covered

Competitive base salary.

Compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors like experience and expertise. Equity compensation.
