Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Reporting: Communicate marketing plans and results to senior management. Present insights, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

2. Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.

3. Partnerships: Build relationships with local businesses for brand partnerships and collaboration.

4. Campaign Management: Oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with creative teams to create content.

5. Budget & Resource Management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure maximum ROI.

6. Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across campaigns. Monitor and adjust brand perception.

7. Digital Marketing: Lead email marketing, social media, and website optimization efforts. Use analytics to refine strategies.

8. Legal & Ethical Compliance: Ensure campaigns comply with regulations and ethical marketing practices.

9. Event Management: Plan and execute property events and programming for food & beverage outlets.

10. Performance Analysis: Regularly assess marketing initiatives to optimize campaigns using testing methodologies (e.g., A/B testing).

11. Additional Duties: Assist with big events at sister properties and other tasks as assigned.

12. Adaptability & Organization: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Education & Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or Marketing (minimum). • 4-5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field • 3 years or more of progressive leadership or management experience Skills and Abilities: • Strong negotiating, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Problem-solving and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Strong listening and organizational skills. • Sales-focused with a commitment to exceeding expectations. • Technologically proficient with computer skills and digital marketing knowledge.

Physical Demands: • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
