Content Summary: Content Strategist V at Cupertino, for Mindlance Pay Rate- $107.48 Job Details: Role: Content Strategist V (Visual Storytelling + Instructional Design + Communications) Location: Cupertino, CA (3-Days / Week Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Type: Full-time, Contract Position Overview: Amazing visual storytellers for all sorts of internal communications including training and orientation. designer / Keynote guru with perhaps some instructional experience, rather than an instructional specialist with a little design experience. The design bar here is VERY high, and they wont just be designing trainings. Theyll also do other internal communications. Hard skills Visual Designer Keynote Presentation Experience Teaching/Orientation Developer Instructional Designer (storytelling) Communication Strategist Responsibilities: Contribute to the intake, shape, brief, and execution of our Music campaigns, stunts and activations Support other members of the Content Strategy & Planning team on projects as needed Navigate the content levers and understand capabilities of our platform to ensure the smooth launch of campaigns you are planning and the development of best practices Manage and maintain weekly cross-functional meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates on plans across the Music and with music / artists in programs Track and communicate timing of launches and phases via thorough documentation Create, maintain and document workflows for the Content Strategy & Planning team that streamline and socialize process Develop and maintain a series of communications and reports to be shared with the wider business to keep them across the content strategy and development plans Work with the cross-functional teams to develop and define capacity and timelines for all key projects Work hand-in-hand with the Production team and support the gathering of deliverables and adherence to timelines Requirements: 7+ years experience in editorial campaign planning & production or a similar role Core understanding of music digital platforms and experience working on content related projects, including end-to-end management from creative storytelling concept development to launching multi-phase programs in partnerships with Production, and other stakeholders Outstanding attention to detail Creative strategy background that helps you articulate the why behind campaigns Experience developing creative briefs Experience running internal, cross-functional meetings to both present and voice strategy and direction to stakeholders Problem-solver: the ability to anticipate and troubleshoot issues amidst the workflow Excellent presentation and deck-making skills - Keynote experience preferred High degree of ownership and accountability Passion for music, pop culture and the digital entertainment landscape bility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain focused while juggling multiple tasks, opinion and perspectives Proven interpersonal skills with emphasis on building productive and positive relationships Deep understanding of video and audio content formats Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.
