Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Advertising Specialist to drive targeted donor engagement through strategic digital campaigns. This role focuses on leveraging digital advertising tools and platforms to connect with a wide range of donor segments, optimizing campaigns to reflect their unique preferences and habits. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital advertising, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies tailored to high-net-worth individuals, moderate-wealth donors, and Gen Z audiences.
- Collaborate with the Development, Marketing, and Communications teams to design campaigns that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct audience analysis and market segmentation to identify effective channels and messaging for each donor segment.
- Optimize advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion, using data-driven insights and performance metrics.
- Manage and analyze digital advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective spending and maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations and insights to refine strategies and enhance donor relationships.
- Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for digital advertising campaigns to train future team members.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in digital advertising, including campaign creation, optimization, and analysis.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and donor engagement strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising and donor communication strategies is a plus.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for reaching diverse audiences through targeted digital campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team, maintaining high responsiveness through Slack, email, and virtual meetings.

Expectations:
As a member of our team, you will work closely with leaders across various departments. We ask all team members to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week and to maintain high responsiveness through Slack, email, and conference calls. Additionally, we request a minimum commitment of 12 months to ensure continuity and meaningful contributions to our mission.
