To learn more, visit www.wondrhealth.com . PURPOSE: The Sr. Creative Designer is responsible for concepting and producing digital, print projects. As a member of the Product team, the Sr. Creative Designer creates digital and print assets to support efforts across the Wondr Health organization – including, but not limited to, sales decks, presentations, emails, product graphics and elements, landing pages and program curriculum. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Collaborate with team members and business partners across the organization to provide innovative creative solutions that meet the evolving needs for Wondr Health and its suite of solutions Concept design and execute print and digital assets for teams across the organization including, but not limited to: Product, Sales, Marketing Lead creative projects from concept to completion including, but not limited to: direct mail, brochures, landing pages, emails, PowerPoint decks Translate complex business and curriculum content into easy to digest creative solutions Work with the established Wondr Brand design system and guidelines, improving, extending and evolving the ways we implement these for our customers and participants Act as a brand advocate - ensure all creative projects are on brand, visually and tonally Assist with regular brand guidelines updates, based on evolving needs of the organization Provide on-set (or remote) direction for photoshoots Provide feedback on creative assets created by internal video team and outside vendors Assist in maintaining database of images and graphics as well as marketing material templates Light photo editing KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Working knowledge of Figma (preferred) Working knowledge of UX/UI best practices for email and web design Illustration skills and ability to modify and extend our Wondr brand icons and movement graphics Experience with Asana project management (preferred) Pixel perfect attention to detail Proactive, self-starter who can work well on their own but also loves to collaborate Ability to manage multiple projects and/or campaigns at one time Easy-going nature with ability to pivot priorities quickly Ability to collaborate with internal/external resources at all levels Customer service mindset: excellent project communication & client management skills Flexible, open-minded, and willing to chip in where needed to thrive on our small, multi-faceted team QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS: General office working conditions can be remote work from home or in the office. Each department head determines if position is work from home or hybrid meaning works from home and in the office as needed. Work schedules vary. When working in the office pod workstation area has little or no privacy. Involves extended periods of sitting at a workstation performing computer duties. Constant flow of interruptions by personnel, visitors to the area and telephone calls. Private workstations are available as needed. Certain positions are assigned to an office.
