Graphic Designer Responsibilities: Develop and maintain company branding standards, ensuring consistent application across all materials Design marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, posters, trade show banners, email headers, and website graphics Manage social media presence, including creating content and graphics Execute SEO/SEM strategies and manage AdWords campaigns Coordinate third-party marketing services and oversee execution of materials with vendors Conduct market research to analyze competitive landscapes and identify market opportunities Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool Support the Marketing Manager on various marketing projects and initiatives Assist with web design improvements and technical marketing needs Graphic Designer Requirements: Associate degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1+ years of graphic design experience Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and design Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Advanced knowledge of graphic design tools including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database management, and social media advertising platforms is preferred Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and deliver quality work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Benefits: Fantastic medical, dental, and vision Insurance 401k plan with a 3% company match Generous PTO Annual discretionary bonus Ready to design the future?
