The Graphic Designer will accelerate Silver Ventures Marketing department's efforts to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive traffic and generate revenue at Pearl. The Graphic Designer is accountable for developing marketing materials that increase consumer engagement and enhance the consumer experience. This role will support our EAT, SHOP, STAY, and LIVE strategies. This position will continuously optimize our impact investments' practice of communicating information about their businesses to potential guests in a compelling, visually appealing, and timely manner. *Onsite position* Strategic Functions Collaborate with internal partners to understand business challenges and design compelling creative campaigns and marketing materials to achieve objectives Guide visual cohesion across marketing materials and design a practice of quarterly brand audits Essential Functions Development and implementation of Brand Guidelines across Impact Investments Design and creation of marketing materials across all media including social, website, print, newsletters, outdoor, experiential, collateral, digital ads, and others as identified by our campaign planning Collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring creative concepts and promotions to life Present design concepts to partners and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively Keep abreast of industry trends and implement them creatively in design projects Required Education and Experience 4+ years of experience in a creative/design role at a marketing or ad agency Experience with photography, photo editing, motion graphics, and video editing Understanding of digital, web, and print design principles and best practices Proficient in use of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Copywriting experience would be a valuable asset in this role Silver Ventures, Inc. continuously transforms San Antonio through repeatedly reinventing shared experiences of food and learning to ensure the continued celebration of life and the well-being of our children.
