Payrate: $30 - $35/hr. Responsibilities: We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented graphic designer to specialize in creating data models, entity relationship diagrams, flow charts, and other types of illustrations for technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: Design clear, accurate, and visually appealing diagrams that represent and simplify complex technical concepts and relationships. Design illustrations and icons that align with the content and emphasize key areas of focus. Collaborate with writers and subject matter experts to translate technical information to effective visuals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining standards. Ensure all diagrams adhere to established brand guidelines and design standards. Ideate and propose visual solutions to improve clarity of diagrams. Demonstrate persistence and problem-solving skills to design and refine complex data models, untangling intricate networks of interconnected shapes to create clean visual diagrams. Skills: 7+ years of experience creating diagrams and graphics, preferably in technical documentation or support environments. Advanced in Adobe Illustrator. Proficient in other Adobe Creative Suite applications. Familiarity with Lucidchart and other diagramming tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for producing visually compelling diagrams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey visual ideas effectively and work closely with stakeholders. Exceptional project management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Ability to analyze technical information and drafts into clear and functional diagrams. Compensation: The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
