JOB DETAILS
Title: Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producer Customer Service Rep
Pay Rate: $25 an hour
Monthly Bonus: uncapped (average $2,500 - $5,000)
Schedules:
Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm UTC, rotating Saturdays & Sundays 7am-4pm UTC.
Brief List of Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate the property and casualty needs of clients.
• Design policies to suit needs.
• Follow up with customers and ensure excellent service provision.
Requirements:
• Current Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License
• Previous customer service experience.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to problem solve and multitask in fast-paced environments.
• High-speed home internet and a quiet work environment.
• High School Diploma or GED
