Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
Outbound Calls: Calling prospects to offer quotes from leads provided by the agency.
Inbound Calls: Live transfer leads, by handling incoming inquiries efficiently and provide comprehensive information to potential clients.
Policy Customization: Design insurance plans that meet the unique requirements of each client.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering additional products.
Relationship Building: Develop strong and lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License in Louisiana REQUIRED.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or related roles preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with clients effectively.
Client-Focused: Strong commitment to understanding and meeting clients' needs.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment and maintain productivity.
Team Collaboration: Capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
