RLM Underground is seeking a Chief Content Officer to join our team and enhance our presence in the industry. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Kansas City, KS office. In this role, you will oversee the company's content strategy and creation for our website, social media platforms, and printed marketing materials. You will collaborate with all departments to ensure that our content initiatives maintain a consistent brand voice. Additionally, you will analyze our current content and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve content engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring website growth, social media traffic, and content performance
- Understanding the evolution of our current customers
- Coordinating and collaborating with other teams to develop content
- Having experience in defining and redefining a brand name, preferably in the construction industry
- Analyzing traffic data and swiftly adjusting strategies to ensure future content is shareable, including monitoring engagement with share buttons
- Helping create consistent, relatable, and authentic content that leads to increased sharing
Overall, the goal is to produce content that resonates with our audience and attracts new audiences.
