The Brand Marketing Manager plays a key role in shaping and managing our brand identity. Is responsible for driving the development of impactful brand campaigns, driving development of brand architecture across the packaging portfolio, leading experiential programs, and serving as a dedicated brand steward. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the management of agency partnerships to conceptualize and execute strategic initiatives that elevate brand awareness and contribute to overarching business goals. Responsibilities
Brand Marketing Drives development and execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns (to include digital, merchandising, shopper marketing) to build brand affinity and strengthen consumer demand. Oversee development of brand campaigns and communications to optimize and drive brand guidelines and visual identity system. Manage and develop brand architecture for packaging portfolio and new products, including collaboration with agency partners and internal key stakeholders. Work closely with New Products team to ensure alignment between product positioning and overall brand strategy. Autonomously drive and manage the creative development process - develop create briefs, manage agency partners, review content and sign-off on deliverables. Lead experiential marketing program and strategy to deliver impactful and memorable brand experiences for the consumer audience, ensuring key metrics attained while overseeing vendor and budget management. Manage development and production of children's books, collaborating with authors, illustrators, and publishers to bring captivating stories to life while aligning with the brand's vision and target audience. Evaluate, present and execute new forms of brand marketing across new touchpoints and activations that leverage event and experience marketing. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders on marketing programs and branding updates. Brand Stewardship Management
Serve as Brand expert and guide on all campaign development ensuring all creative and communication build brand awareness, drive consumer loyalty and have one cohesive brand look. Manage and drive strategic output of external agency partners to deliver best in class marketing assets, such as key art, photography, and brand assets. Protect, manage, and evolve the visual identity system to deliver consistent brand expression that ladders up to the global brand positioning for all consumer-facing touchpoints. Lead brand guidelines trainings and refreshers to internal and external stakeholders. Conduct bi-annual brand audits to ensure consistent brand expression that ladders up to the global brand positioning for all consumer-facing touchpoints. Budget Management
Responsible for developing and managing designated components of the annual marketing budget across key budgets for design, trade advertising, experiential programs, promotional activities, and branding projects. Ensures that dollars are allocated and spent in an efficient and effective manner within budgetary parameters. People Management
Manage, lead, and develop direct report, Brand Marketing Specialist. Drive employee engagement and effectiveness, enabling others to perform. Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
5+ years professional experience in Brand Marketing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns Excellent collaboration skills with ability to work directly with marketing team, cross-functional stakeholders, and agency partners Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to present and articulate ideas Experience leading and managing projects from concept to execution Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deliver work within fast turnaround times A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
Salary Range estimated for the Brand Marketing Manager: $84,800.00 to $108,700.00 USD.
