Position Overview:
The Product Marketing Manager role at EverPass Media will report to the Marketing Director and lead product marketing initiatives for our sports media content. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our cutting-edge solutions in the commercial distribution of live sports and entertainment content. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively position our products, drive engagement, and support business growth. Leveraging your knowledge of multi-channel marketing, interpersonal project management skills, you will responsible for devering impactful campaigns. We are looking for a determined self-starter who is a creative problem solver, deals with complex challenges and ambiguity effectively, and will contribute to the strong team culture we are building at EverPass media.

Expected Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $110,000 - $150,000.In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning: Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our content distribution solutions to both internal teams and external stakeholders, leveraging your knowledge of the sports and content media landscape.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Seek and test new media and partnership opportunities for relevant consumer audiences.
- Collateral Development: Create compelling marketing collateral and materials to support product promotion, including sales materials, partner kits, and presentations.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, optimizing for reach, engagement, and ROI, with a keen analytical eye.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with content partners and key stakeholders, gathering insights and incorporating feedback into marketing strategies, driven by your passion for the industry.
- Project Oversight: Manage ongoing initiatives, ensuring accountability, adherence to timelines, and budget constraints, with your well-honed self-starter mentality. Own campaign & line of business budgets and forecasting on monthly basis,
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset and passion for the sports and content media landscape.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong business & financial acumen, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Proficient on Microsoft products including Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
