Responsibilities
  • Work with copywriter and Creative Director to bring videos concepts to life visually.
  • Direct designers, editors, motion designers, colorists to bring creative vision to life.
  • Work with directors on video production to bring vision to life and follow brand guidelines.
  • Create stunning presentation decks.
  • Work with production crews on location and in studio.
  • Work independently and proactively. You can take a brief or a conversation and turn it into an idea.
  • Present your team's work thoroughly and thoughtfully to the Creative Director and senior leadership. Communicate standard methodologies for design and reasoning behind art direction decisions.
  • You relish the opportunity to be consistently creative. You work well under pressure, can deliver on steep timelines, and always keep an eye on the larger narrative.
  • You are a great teammate, take feedback well, and maintain a positive attitude throughout the creative process.
  • You are able to travel multiple times a year for production often at short notice.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, marketing, advertising, film, or other related fields.
  • 4-7 years creative experience with agency, studio, production company, or in-house teams.
  • Portfolio of work with major brands and examples of art direction with a focus on video and print.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to develop well-rounded creative solutions.
  • Guide, mentor, and inspire others on the team.
  • Keep up with the design and video industry evolution including standard methodologies, new trends, and technologies.
  • Ability to provide innovative creative ideas while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Experience using AI tools.
  • Fluency in design software includes: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Adobe Premiere is a plus.
  • Directing on set a plus but not required.

Base Pay Range: $86,900 - $156,700

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
