Overview

An opportunity to help a recently rebranded and renovated luxury life-style hotel gain footing as a Marriott's newest Autograph Collection hotel. Oversee marketing execution, develop neighborhood partnerships, and promote on-property activation events. Promote on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels with the goal of driving revenue and supporting total hotel goals.

Responsibilities

Activation Programming and Management:
* Develop and deliver an activation program that showcases local artisans and makers.
* Partner with hotel operations to conceptualize/execute property-level programming and activation.

Marketing and Digital:
* Develop annual marketing plans including creative development, media planning, and property activations.
* Manage relationship with senior partners including property leadership and regional teams.

Content Management:
* Manage Marriott.com content and guest communications.

Partnerships and Public Relations:
* Identify and cultivate partnerships internally and externally.

Social Media:
* Manage all aspects of social influencer visits and social media content calendars.

Qualifications

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major.
  • 1 year experience in sales, catering management, marketing, or related professional area; hospitality marketing preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
