DescriptionWe are in search of a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding team and play a crucial role in supporting our marketing endeavors across various platforms. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in executing and enhancing campaigns that are in line with BLF's objectives. If you excel in fast-paced settings, possess a sharp attention to detail, and are eager to create a significant impact, we want to hear from you.Preferred Qualifications:1 to 3 years of marketing experiencePrevious exposure to legal marketing is advantageous but not mandatorySalary and Benefits information:Base Salary: The annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $58,000.Performance-Based Bonuses: Eligibility for performance-based bonus incentives.Paid Time Off: Includes vacation days, sick leave, and recognized holidays.Health Insurance: Comprehensive employer-sponsored health coverage, including dental and vision plans.Disability Benefits: Provision of both short-term and long-term disability benefits.Responsibilities•Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns on various platforms, such as digital, print, and PR.•Support in creating content for marketing materials, including updates on the website, social media posts, email campaigns, press releases, and printed materials.•Help maintain marketing calendars, track project timelines, and ensure deadlines are met effectively.•Contribute to monitoring SEO performance and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for better results.•Coordinate communication and logistics with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.•Assist in conducting marketing audits to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.•Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team by scheduling, organizing files, and tracking marketing metrics.•Collaborate closely with the team on special projects and events to ensure successful completion.QualificationsJob Requirements:•Familiarity with traditional and digital marketing channels, such as SEO, social media, email marketing, and content creation.•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to assist in drafting marketing copy, press releases, and other materials.•Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.•A team player who can collaborate closely with others while also working independently to complete assigned tasks.•Creativity and a proactive mindset to provide ideas and support for marketing initiatives and problem-solving.Our team works with various platforms to give clients the best service possible. Experience in any of the following is a plus, although not required:•Canva.•Practice Panther (CRM).•DSS.•Adobe.•Quicktime and iMovie.•Outlook.•Office 365.•Box.•Mac OS.
