Summary
The Junior Graphic Designer - Brand Creative assists with design tasks in the creation of marketing materials, social media graphics, and in-store signage. This position follows brand guidelines and handles production tasks.

Graphic Design
•Gather internal requirements and assist in the creation of design materials that align with marketing strategy, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, website assets, in-store signage, internal presentations, and promotions.
•Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications and alignment with business goals.
•Collaborate with key project stakeholders for design vision and goals.
•Handle production tasks such as resizing, retouching, file preparation, and archival for print or digital use.
•Translate feedback and input into excellent creative content, building consensus among internal stakeholders.
•Adhere to project schedules and effectively report progress to meet challenging deadlines.
General
•Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
•Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Graphic Design or related field; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Portfolio showing an understanding of basic graphic design principles is required.
