Clutch is looking for a Digital Web Designer on behalf of their agency client.
Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality website designs, including user interfaces and user experiences. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Stay up-to-date on the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices. Contribute to the overall success of the company's digital presence.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio of work. Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or similar. Excellent knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and usability. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into effective and intuitive designs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A passion for creating innovative and user-centered designs. Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
