Role Overview:
We are seeking a Junior/Intermediate Interior Designer to join our interiors team. This role works directly with a senior designer and offers hands-on experience with high-end residential projects. The focus is on decorating and FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), with the support of a dedicated procurement team. This position is ideal for a designer with 3-4 years of post-graduate experience who thrives in a collaborative, detail-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in the design and execution of high-end residential interiors, focusing on decorating and FFE. Develop design concepts through mood boards, sketches, and renderings. Source and specify high-end furniture, finishes, and materials. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure seamless execution of specifications. Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and specifications for review. Utilize 3D rendering tools such as Rhino and Enscape to visualize design concepts. Contribute to the creation of client presentations using Adobe Creative Suite. Coordinate with senior designers, project managers, and external vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field. 3-4 years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Enscape. Strong technical skills in drafting, rendering, and creating detailed presentations. Excellent eye for high-end furniture and material selection. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
