The Broadcast and Partnerships Intern will report to the Senior Director of Partnerships and Senior Director of Business Development and will assist with the following core functions - Broadcast, Business Development, and Partnerships. Structured as an 11-month program, the role will focus on each core function. This position will act as a liaison between our international and domestic broadcast partners as well as our Proud Partners for sponsorship. This position must maintain the strict confidentiality of all Club business.

Essential Functions of the Job
BROADCAST / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Interfaces and works directly with the Senior Director of Business Development and Broadcast Operations Coordinator to help with Tournament preparations, broadcaster contracts, and the set-up of the TV complex.
- Assists with the review of global broadcast partner creative as well as sponsor creative including print ads, TV commercials, and other promotional materials.
- World feed information ratings.
- General gathering and distribution of information to broadcast partners before and during the Masters Tournament.
- Setting up and maintaining SharePoint site as a central repository to share and receive information from Broadcast partners.
- Supports TV complex and TV Production efforts during the Masters Tournament and reports to management the status of operations. Alerts management of issues in a timely manner.
- Manages the content center support staff during tournament week.
- Key player in the credentialing process prior to the tournament for all domestic and international Broadcast Partners.
- Supervises broadcast shoots with help of Broadcast Operations Coordinator and acts as a voice for the club on content and activities on the course.
- During Masters Tournament week, will act as a primary resource for the Broadcast Operations Coordinator for various tasks and responsibilities.
PARTNERSHIPS
- Interfaces and works directly with the Sr. Director of Partnerships to help support the needs of the various sponsors across the Masters Tournament, Augusta National Women's Amateur, Drive, Chip and Putt Championship, Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship, and Latin America Amateur Championship.
- Assist with the fulfillment of partner advertising and hospitality assets pursuant to executed agreements, including credentialing/credentialing requests, parking, partner advertising, promotions, merchandising fulfillment, partner hospitality programs, suite/cabin renovations, off-site hospitality, and community impact.
- Works closely with other partner activations related to campus tours, Partner Tournament Dinners and VIP functions at the Club, on-site commercial shoots, and other partner promotional or experiential activations.
- Stay current across various sports industries and events, as well as new developments in sports partnerships and markets/advertising trends.

- Occasionally required to walk and work with hands and arms, lift up to 25 pounds and/or drive a golf cart.
- Constantly required to sit, sometimes for several hours at a time, and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with administrative tasks to include scheduling appointments, coordination and set up of meetings, meeting minutes, sending gate access, and travel planning.
- Attends Business Affairs meetings, creates meeting reports and tracks action items from those meetings.
- Assists with basic contract drafting (changing dates, addresses, names).
- Stays current with new technologies and social media trends; conducts sports business research.
- Performs other duties that are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
Qualifications:
Skills/Knowledge/Attributes:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and high workloads with high attention for detail.
- Efficient organizational skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and diligent in working with repetitious tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Business Affairs practices and principles.
- Thorough knowledge of golf, Augusta National, and the Masters Tournament preferred.
Relative Experience/Education:
- Currently enrolled or a recent graduate in an accredited college or university with junior or senior class standing in a Bachelors program, preferably in Business Management, Business Affairs, Sports Management, Economics, Computer Science, or Communications.
Required License(s):
- Possess a valid driver's license and/or successfully completes the Club's internal motor vehicle training program.
