Job Overview Job Description:We are looking for a talented Lead Content Writer to join our team and help us create engaging and high-quality content and communications that resonates with our target audiences.The Lead Content Writer will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our content and sales communications.With little to no supervision, this role involves editing, proofreading, and ensuring that all content and communications align with our brand voice, style guidelines and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail to ensure the clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness of our product content and targeted messaging to sellers. You must have excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling.You will collaborate closely with content strategists, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content and communications that are informative, engaging, and visually appealing. Provide constructive feedback to writers and help them enhance their skills and content quality. Key Responsibilities:Content Review and Editing:Review and edit content for grammar, punctuation, style, and accuracy. Ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines and munications Development:Assist in the creation of communications (e.g. Newsletters, Sales Flashes) for various channels. Manage content calendars and timelines to ensure timely publication of content.Content & Communication Strategy:Contribute to the development of content and communication strategies that meet the needs of our target audience and support marketing goals.Quality Assurance:Conduct final reviews of content and sales communications to ensure it is error-free and meets our high standards of quality.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in content editing, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.Skills:Exceptional editing and proofreading skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and a commitment to qualityCollaborative team player with a positive attitudeSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyOur Lead Content Writer, earn between $118,800 - $178,200.
