- Collaborate with the Sales & Merchandising leaders to design promotional materials and sales tools that align with sales strategies.
- Assist in crafting and communicating the brand's core message, values, mission, and vision
- Develop visually appealing presentations, brochures, and digital assets to support sales meetings and product launches.
- Customize design assets for specific client needs, creating tailored materials to help close deals.
- Ensure all design materials maintain brand consistency and reflect the company's visual identity.
- Design eye-catching POS displays, signage, and packaging to boost sales at retail locations.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand product features and create compelling in-store marketing materials.
- Create digital assets for POS systems, ensuring all materials are optimized for both print and digital use.
- Update the catalog design as needed for seasonal changes, product updates, or special promotions
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to update product information, images, and descriptions for the annual catalog.
- Maintain consistency in design elements throughout the catalog to ensure a cohesive look and feel with other marketing materials.
- Manage the production process, working with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Design graphics for flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials for trade shows, events, and in-store promotions.
- Create digital ads, social media graphics, and email templates to support sales campaigns.
- Adapt designs for multiple formats (print, web, mobile, etc.), ensuring versatility and quality across all platforms.
- Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure all designs align with campaign goals and timelines.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies by suggesting design elements that could enhance promotional efforts.
- Maintain organized files for all design work, ensuring easy access and future reference.
- Other duties as assigned.
