Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and social media content.
- Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, designing templates, and managing distribution lists.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Help maintain and update the company's CRM system and customer databases.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and product teams, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing marketing budgets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with social media platforms and basic social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including email marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
