We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in executing various marketing initiatives and contributing to the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and social media content.
  • Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, designing templates, and managing distribution lists.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Help maintain and update the company's CRM system and customer databases.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales and product teams, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing marketing budgets.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with social media platforms and basic social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including email marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
