MWA is seeking a marketing coordinator to join our Portland-based marketing team. You will work under the guidance of the marketing manager and collaborate with the rest of the marketing team, supporting the efforts of both the San Francisco and Portland offices. We are looking for:

Your responsibilities

•Assist with firm internal and special events

•Maintain online presence, including social media, website, and digital newsletter

•Embrace and implement brand standards

•Assist with graphics, writing, and proofreading

•Monitor sources of industry-related market information

•Contribute to database maintenance and data entry related to clients, consultants, personnel, and mailing lists; maintain content library, including prior proposals, boilerplates, and visuals

•Gather research data related to clients; competitors; past, current, and prospective markets

•Help to produce SOQs/proposals, including editing and graphics; prepare for digital and/or print production

Requirements

•Associate or bachelor's degree: one to three years of experience recommended

•No degree: two to four years of relevant A/E/C experience

•Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite

•Working Knowledge of Wordpress

•Understanding of basic marketing principles or AEC marketing principles

•Working knowledge of business, database or CRM, digital, video production, and graphic design software

•Understanding SOQ/proposal production, including digital and printing

•Passion for participating in professional development and community-focused organizations, including SMPS, as well as AIA, ACEC, NOMAPDX, ULI, Zero Coalition, and others

Salary Range

At MWA Architects, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $28.85 and $32.70 per hour and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
