What you will do:
  • Relay information, schedule and support approved projects including producing, shooting, and editing video under the direct supervision of multimedia management.
  • Assist with creating multimedia (audio/video) content for original programming, social media, internal clients, external clients, and other enterprise-wide projects
  • Assist with the planning and completion of all three phases of production; pre-production; production and post-production.
  • Scout shoot locations and assesses possible obstacles in filming.
  • Obtain necessary consents from multimedia management.
  • Shoot/Capture sound bites from a pool of demographic "subjects" which meet the creative direction and outcome of the multimedia project.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budgeted guidelines and according to collaborated multimedia project specifications.
  • Work within Workamajig, Frame.io and other necessary Cloud-based collaborative work-flow management systems.
  • Develop project schedules, video analytics, and equipment check-out procedures, along with all other needed documentation needed to meet a production schedule.
  • Execute detail-based work to assist in putting together small- and large-scale video productions.
  • Assist with supporting one-off projects and campaigns.
  • Assist management in facilitating, organizing, and scheduling of student workers for a variety of video production projects and works with marketing teams to ensure project workflows are met.
  • Communicate with internal requesting departments and outside agencies to ensure fulfillment of media and production deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other departments on regularly scheduled events ensuring availability of appropriate support.
  • Maintain and update databases as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and schedules for video production department staff. Provide administrative support (phones/mail delivery, trouble shooting on various tech issues, ordering supplies, etc).
  • Other duties as assigned.


What you will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in television, marketing, or video production, preferably in production support role.
  • Must be able to pass background investigation.
