Studio Producer Job at Bakery Agency in Austin

We're looking for a Studio Producer with extensive experience managing end-to-end studio photography and film productions. This role requires a leader who can own the production process from budgeting and resourcing to post-production delivery. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in both on-set production and post-production workflows, ensuring best-in-class execution across every phase of the project.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary production lead, collaborating closely with creative, account, and strategy teams to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of studio photography and film productions, including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.
• Handle all resourcing, staffing, and crew management, ensuring the right talent and equipment are secured for each project.
• Manage equipment procurement, rentals, and studio space needs to support a smooth production process.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Bakery's creative standards and are executed within scope and budget.
• Drive post-production processes, including editing, color correction, and final asset delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with external production partners, vendors, and freelancers to expand our network of best-in-class collaborators.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in studio production roles, with a focus on both photography and film.
• Proven background in working with creative agencies and/or production studios at a high level.
• Expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and financial oversight for large-scale productions.
• Ability to create bids and treatments efficiently and swiftly.
• Strong understanding of post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and asset management.
• Experience managing teams, resourcing, and coordinating complex shoots with multiple moving parts.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance creative environment.
