Amazing Lash Studio ® Manager Benefits: Full Time: 30-40 hours per week Hourly: $14-$16 per hour starting depending on experience and increases as studio goals achieved Sales commission per membership sold Competitive bonus structure Free lash services Manager Qualifications Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales assistant manager and/or operations assistant manager Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
