Prime Video offers customers a vast collection of movies, series, and sports—all available to watch on hundreds of devices, a number of them free with Prime or via Channels subscriptions. In this role as a product leader for Prime Video's Global Application Experience team, you will have the opportunity to define strategies and deliver features across hundreds of devices (living room, mobile, web, Alexa, automotive, VR and more) to millions of customers in 250+ countries around the world. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to bring products to market that span navigating the app, content discovery, 24/7 live TV, and playback CX, among others. You’ll define the vision for highly ambiguous problems where the technology and solution is not known at the start and build the roadmap for delivering the vision. You’ll also help us identify strategies related to how Gen AI can unlock better customer experiences. Furthermore, you’ll help develop the product management culture of the team. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Director of the team to dive deep into metrics, develop a ‘voice of the customer’ program, illuminate new insights and build better processes and mechanisms across the entire org to uplevel the skills of all product managers on the team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
