Are you interested in shaping the future of entertainment? The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Tech to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide.

Prime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. As a Prime Video technologist, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. You’ll get to work on projects that are fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You’ll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.

We’ll look for you to bring your diverse perspectives, ideas, and skill-sets to make Prime Video even better for our customers. You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
2. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
3. 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience
4. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
5. Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
6. Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
2. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
3. Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
4. Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
5. Experience developing consumer-impacting applications of machine learning or artificial intelligence
