Job Description:
Alphabe Insight Lab is looking for a skilled and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communication strategies to enhance the company's brand presence. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
- Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure messaging aligns with company goals.
- Manage company-wide communication projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor media coverage and help build relationships with external stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for management.
- Organize company events, press conferences, and other communication-related activities.
- Support crisis communication efforts when necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools.
- Experience with public relations, media relations, or communications roles is preferred.
- Creative thinking with the ability to adapt to various communication platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
