About This Role
As a Sr. Marketing Specialist – Digital Affiliate, Social & Display, you are responsible for assisting in the development, management, execution and analysis of paid social, affiliate, and display marketing programs to support and promote acehardware.com, the Ace brand, and its retailers.
What You’ll Do
Supports the strategy, execution and analysis of Ace’s affiliate marketing and display/online video/paid social programs
Assists in the development and execution of annual, quarterly, monthly and seasonal plans for channels of responsibility to maximize ROAS/ROI (both online and omni)
Effectively tracks budgets by planning, forecasting and reporting
Provides detailed performance analysis to what’s working and areas for improvement/change
Serves as subject matter expert for Paid Social, Affiliate, and Display cross-functionally
Manage creative trafficking process across Display, OLV, Social, Affiliate
Partner with the appropriate creative (internal and external) and media teams to create briefs and outline and manage all due dates related to first, second, final rounds of review, final asset delivery, QA, trafficking, go live, etc.
Ensure creative is adhering to media spec requirements, brand guidelines, and meets the details of the creative brief
Review first round of creative and review/approve preview links for Display, Social and OLV
Own the monthly and quarterly marketing promotional detail process to be shared with cross-channel media teams
Partner with the online merchant team and category marketing team to coordinate and finalize all necessary details for monthly promotional plans
Brief media and creative teams on necessary promotional inputs
QA all digital marketing assets to ensure promotional accuracy prior to go-live
Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams in digital marketing channels of responsibility to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met
Day-to-day communication and direction to agency and partner teams
Manages tasks and project schedules of team to ensure timelines are met
Participates in multiple meetings weekly and monthly across various partners
Support additional projects as needed
Who You Are
The ideal candidate will be creative minded with a sharp attention to detail and strong organization skills to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and processes. An ideal candidate will also be comfortable reviewing and interpreting data to clearly understand and communicate performance trends and guide strategic decisions.
Required Skills
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Ecommerce/Digital Marketing required
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
Documented experience managing digital, performance marketing channels and promotions
Experience using Facebook Business Manager, Impact, GA4, and Adelphic preferred
Documented experience developing creative concepts
Ability to understand and apply data analysis to guide decision making
Ability to manage multiple tasks with strict attention to detail
Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment
Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-oriented
Documented ability to proactively make recommendations and successfully implement plans
