Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Consistently meet all Game Changer Commitments and Shell FCU Service Distinctions.
- Accountable to maintain knowledge of and comply with all applicable rules and regulations required within the scope of duties, including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Required to attend or participate in any training sessions as requested or scheduled.
- Perform job duties and responsibilities in compliance to Shell FCU policies, procedures, philosophy and standards of performance.
- Manipulate and animate graphics during video production.
- Create video templates for multi-purpose use.
- Stay abreast of latest video editing techniques to create unique and high quality work.
- Operate under the Texas Federal Drone Laws (FAA's recreational model aircraft rules) and remain licensed to fly the credit union drone.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Develop, script, direct, film and produce videos for Shell FCU brands and projects as requested.
- Transport, set up, stage and operate video, lighting and audio equipment for location and studio production.
- Include computer graphics, photos and special effects into video production as requested.
- Maintain audio and video equipment inventory; as well as perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Submit files to the marketing team for feedback and management for final approval prior to distribution or publication.
- Maintain footage and organize files for retention.
- Collect b-roll footage from various sources for later use.
- Assist in coordination, execution and documentation of special events in-office and at remote locations.
- Apply newly gained knowledge, skill or technique to current work and share successes with other team members.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills
- Experience:
- Three to five years of video and post production work experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Associates degree (A.A.) in a related field of study from a two-year college or technical school and proficiency using Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Job Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Final Cut X or Adobe Premier Pro required.
- Must have knowledge of ratios, aspects, frame rates, formats and resolutions for video production.
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
- Drone pilot experience is a plus.
- Works efficiently while working against tight deadlines.
- Is a team player, self-starter, organized, dependable and professional at all times.
- Must have the ability to work on multiple projects, use prioritization, verbal and written skills and concentrate on detailed information in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and specifications.
- Excellent understanding and appreciation of typography, color, composition, and imagery.
- Ability to work efficiently, embrace new challenges and adapt accordingly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
- Ability to work in an open-concept workspace/environment.
- Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend and stand. May at times be able to lift, carry and/or move up to 15 pounds.
- Exposure to potential hazardous conditions-robbery. Employees are to receive detailed instructions and procedures to be followed to minimize risk.
