Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals. Draft and distribute press releases, articles, and newsletters to various media outlets. Manage the organization's social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand presence. Coordinate and execute events, including workshops, webinars, and promotional activities. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while being self-directed and proactive.
