----Job Description---- Program Marketing Manager BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Marketing Manager remote opportunity (Must be local to WA). Position Title: Program Marketing Manager Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 6 months (Potential chances for extension) Job Type: [FULL TIME] (>=40 HRS WEEKLY)], [CONTRACT], [REMOTE] Pay Range: $55/hr. - $60/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Title: Program Marketing Manager Location: Remote (Local to WA) Duration: 6 Months (Potential chances for extension) Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5-7+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience * Disqualifiers: someone without email growth experience, someone who is not creative or an independent worker would not be good for the role. * Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and manage one's time * Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services * Knowledge of b2b modern marketing and marketing automation * Performance Indicators: how quickly you learn and grow the program. KPIs Job Responsibilities: * Develop and grow program strategy from ground up with a crawl, walk, run approach * Grow from drip marketing MVP during first 6 months working towards developing and landing nurture campaigns within 12-18 months * Create plans and read-out to business stakeholders and leaders within marketing * Build and execute email programs supporting the customer relationship * Become an expert on email channel execution and build email campaigns in partnership with execution team * Lead and participate in pilots on support innovation and improvements. * Forecast metrics in partnership with customer journey and analytics team and execute to meet targets * Create MBR content to share with partners and stakeholders * Partner closely with the Customer Journey lead and other channel leads to create a comprehensive and customer-driven journey to meet business needs * Act as a SME on both customer insights and channel insights for Windows Pro within Commercial Digital Experiences * Embody our culture and values Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and manage one's time * Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services * Knowledge of b2b modern marketing and marketing automation Education/Experience: Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs) * Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5-7+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience * OR equivalent experience * At least 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a To view the full job description,
