We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and creating creative content for various digital prototypes and platforms. This role requires a keen eye for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Presentation Design
- Develop professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations tailored to different audiences, including stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure consistency in design, branding, and messaging across all slides.
- Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, animations, and infographics to enhance presentations.
- Design and produce graphics, videos, animations, and interactive media for digital platforms and prototypes.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects.
- Edit and refine multimedia content to ensure high-quality output.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of multimedia content.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all multimedia materials, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
- Update and optimize templates, design assets, and style guides as needed.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and digital content.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
- Proven experience in multimedia design, preferably in an IT or technology-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Promotes teamwork to achieve the organization/program mission; win as a team.
- Comfortable in highly dynamic and frequently ambiguous environments.
