Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Management
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand voice to promote products and build brand awareness.
- Develop and manage customer communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, and customer service messaging.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Help maintain and update website content, ensuring accurate and current product information.
- Collaborate with the web development team to test and implement digital assets, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.
- Set up and manage promotions, utilizing internal tools to ensure proper platform implementation.
- This is a loyalty-heavy role, focusing on managing our loyalty program, building strategic promotions, and conducting regular audits to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with creative, retail, and other teams to design, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across email and digital channels
- Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI and improve customer engagement.
- Execute and optimize segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and improve marketing strategies. Experience with marketing research tools such as BDSA is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role, preferably within a small business environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and advertising
- Experience with industry-standard platforms like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and project management tools such as Asana.
- Experience with Parabola a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and marketing tools including marketing data analysis. Experience with cannabis platforms such as AlpineIQ & Leafly is a bonus.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for the cannabis industry and eagerness to stay informed about industry trends.
