The Social Lights is a crew of creative strategists, data nerds, and social trend experts who live and breathe at the intersection of social media and culture. With a track record for social innovation and measurable results, we are a true marketing partner to our clients - whether they're household names or rising stars.
Our Social Media Managers are meme-obsessed self-starters with curious minds and go-getter spirits. Responsible for supporting, executing, and delivering on social media strategies both small and large (think day-to-day content and Superbowl activations), they have a unique understanding of the consumer mindset and the ability to mold brand priorities into messages that social audiences respond to.
From thinking-up viral ideas and contributing to scroll-stopping content, to engaging with online fandoms and bringing creator partnerships to life, our social media managers do more than publish and respond to comments. They are front-line audience experts, collaborative strategic thinkers, trend- and opportunity-finders, and nimble makers who find the middle ground between client business objectives and internet community culture.
As a Social Media Manager at The Social Lights, you'll create and curate content for brands that cater to culturally savvy, diverse audiences. You'll monitor mom-hack recipe trends on Pinterest and brain-rot humor on TikTok, all in service of brand content that stays fresh, relevant, and culturally aligned. You'll collaborate with creative teams to develop campaigns that speak authentically to the lifestyle and values of today's audiences, from multi-cultural teens to gamer grandmas.
