Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Event Planner to join our team. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of corporate events, conferences, and meetings that strengthen client relationships, enhance employee engagement, and elevate brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, goals, and budgets.
- Plan and coordinate event logistics, including:
- Venue selection and vendor management.
- Travel arrangements and overnight accommodations.
- Creating detailed timelines and schedules.
- Prepare comprehensive event reports on budgets, pricing, and activities.
- Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless event execution.
- Utilize tools like Cvent (training provided) for event management.
Qualifications:
