Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Event Planner to join our team. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of corporate events, conferences, and meetings that strengthen client relationships, enhance employee engagement, and elevate brand visibility.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, goals, and budgets.
  • Plan and coordinate event logistics, including:
    • Venue selection and vendor management.
    • Travel arrangements and overnight accommodations.
    • Creating detailed timelines and schedules.
  • Prepare comprehensive event reports on budgets, pricing, and activities.
  • Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Utilize tools like Cvent (training provided) for event management.

 

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Vendor Management.
  • Event Planning.
  • Budget Management.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

  • High School Diploma (Required).
