Bettinardi Golf is hiring: Graphic Designer in Tinley Park

Responsibilities:

• Develop graphics for products including putters, wedges, head covers, accessories, and other Bettinardi merchandise.

• Produce cutting-edge imagery and designs, with a high-level understanding of design, including typography and layout.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of color trends.

• Required to be extremely organized and detail driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment within the fun and exciting nature of our business

• Maintain a fresh and engaging perspective with the desire and capability of making the finest products in golf.

• Outstanding verbal/written communication skills with vendors/colleagues.

• Share knowledge, experience, and skill with other design staff to ensure continuity across all design projects.

• Work closely with the Creative Director and team to ensure creative needs are completed in a timely manner.

• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time.

• Understand and follow brand guidelines when applying on-brand design solutions to ensure the consistent look and feel for all images and graphics.

• Demonstrate ability to be resourceful, and initiate creativity in daily tasks.

• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, community partners and colleagues.

• Employ accuracy, precision, and quality in all work to represent the high quality and standards of Bettinardi Golf.

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of experience is preferred

· Superior knowledge with respect to design software programs including Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop

· A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment
