About the role:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our Corporate Marketing Team at Pacvue. As a key player in our organization, you will act as a brand evangelist, driving engagement and fostering relationships with our target audience in the retail media industry. Your role will focus on enhancing our online presence through innovative social media strategies, storytelling, and community-building efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among businesses in the retail sector.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) tailored to our B2B audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Identify and engage with influencers, industry leaders, and brand advocates to amplify our reach and credibility within the retail media space.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media and B2B marketing.
- Develop and nurture online communities and engage actively with followers, addressing inquiries, and fostering discussions that enhance brand perception.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the B2B tech or retail media industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for design and branding.
