GENERAL PURPOSE
The primary focus of this position is to film and eit video and still photography to support enrollment, retention, fundraising and executive communications. The Director will identify and respond to opportunities to develop video and photography content the be used in earned and unearned media, including organic social media, the University website, University streaming channels, internal University properties and paid media.

SALARY INFORMATION
When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring annual salary for this position is $75,000 to $78,000. This annual salary represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce high-quality multi-media and video content including scripting, filming, editing and post-production.
- Collaborate with colleagues throughout the University to create and deploy (as appropriate), on-brand video and photography content in support of enrollment, retention, fundraising and executive communications.
- Provide creative support, direction and activation for Molloy University YouTube channel.
- Support measurable increase in engagement with video content on platforms including social media, internal and external websites.
- Supervise the Creative Services team, providing guidance on project output and ensuring the development of video/digital skills for Director of Graphic Design.
- Develop and manage a catalogue system for all photography/video assets.
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Production, New Media or similar
- 3 to 5 years of work related experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Web Development
- Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
- Master's
- Website CMS experience (Ingeniux/Cascade).
- HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Daily contact requiring courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.
