We are looking for a Marketing Communications Intern with working on a BA in Marketing or Communications for Summer 2025 on the TRSS Growth team for Thomson Reuters Special Services. About the Role As an intern, you will support our marketing and corporate communications teams in various capacities. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in both fields, allowing you to develop a broad skill set and contribute to impactful projects. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns Supporting the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content Conducting market research to identify trends and insights Helping to manage and update the company's social media profiles and presence Assisting in the creation of content for the company's blog, website, and newsletters Supporting the planning and execution of corporate events and webinars Assisting in the development and distribution of press releases and other corporate communications Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing and communication efforts Collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding Assisting in internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged About You Strong written and verbal communication skills A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus An understanding of corporate communications and public relations principles Enthusiasm for learning about both marketing and corporate communications U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance. What's in it For You?
