BlackTree Technical Group, Inc. is hiring: Final Packager/Visual Inspector in Wo

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

·         Responsible for visual inspection, labeling and packaging of final products to meet customer requirements.

·         Review documentation accompanying final products for accuracy.

·         Ensure finished product is packaging per processes in Persimmon’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

·         Confirm all visible hardware are torqued per specifications.

·         Capture photos of robot and upload into MES.

·         Provide feedback and report on out-of-spec findings to Quality Management System.

Skills Required:

·         Proficiency in the use of basic mechanical hand-measuring tools including calipers, torque drivers and basic hand tools.

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable using MS Office products, especially Excel, Word and Power point.

·         Consistent and strong attention to detail is essential.

·         Knowledge of lean and 5S methodology is required.

Experience Required:

• Experience working inside a cleanroom.
• Using a hand and bench sealer to seal poly and foil bags.
• Vacuum sealing final products.
• Packaging large products and using hoists/lifts as necessary.
