General Summary:

Job function: Need to support Qualcomm Compute, Mobile customer projects. Candidate should deal with the Audio, DSP & voice related engineering problems reported by Customers. Need to have End to End Audio usecase understanding and need to co-work with cross functional teams in Qualcomm to speed up the solutions to customer problems.

Skills/experience: 1-4 years of relevant experience in Android Audio framework/AudioReach/ALSA Audio drivers/DSP. Work experience in Windows, XR or Chrome Audio stack is an added advantage. Understanding of TDM/PCM/I2S/PDM/Slimbus/Soundwire Audio Hardware Interfaces, Digital Microphones, Amplifiers, and Audio Codecs is an added advantage. Working experience on any DSP (porting and optimization of different algorithms along with real-time debugging) is a real added advantage. Good RTOS concepts, knowledge of ARM architecture. Strong knowledge in C/C++. Experience with SW and HW tools used in debugging. Linux kernel and Android debugging. Responsibilities: Support Audio, DSP Customer activities for Windows/Linux.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
