Audience Republic, a B2B SaaS startup specializing in the marketing/events/music vertical, is actively seeking a hungry and ambitious Account Executive. You'll be experienced in outbound sales with a proven track record of hitting quota.

Audience Republic is an all-in-one CRM & marketing platform for events & venues. Our customers are some of the largest names in the world — including events featuring artists like Justin Bieber, Post Malone, RUFUS DU SOL, ODESZA, and Flume.

We are a fast-growing technology startup in B2B SaaS, and have raised $9M from investors. Our team is based across North America, United Kingdom, Europe, and APAC.

Requirements:

What will you do?

  1. You will be responsible for driving new business in North America & meeting monthly revenue quotas.
  2. You'll be a full cycle Account Executive from outbound prospecting (email and phone) to closing.
  3. You'll spend time exclusively as an Account Executive, and over time progressively be considered to take on more leadership & management experience.

You are someone who is:

  1. Experienced in outbound sales (email & calls). You aren't someone who sits around waiting for inbound leads to come in, or for leads to be handed to you.
  2. Committed to smashing targets, continually raising the bar for your performance.
  3. Experienced in software sales in SaaS, with a proven track record of hitting quota.
  4. Comfortable working from home and does not need to be in an office environment.
  5. Fully autonomous and doesn't need to be managed in a hands-on way.
  6. A builder who loves figuring things out. You'll build, follow, and iterate on established processes.
  7. Interested in marketing, music, and events.
